The gaming community is abuzz with anticipation as Smite 2 gears up to enhance its roster significantly. Recently transitioning to utilizing a no-cost access structure, the game has undergone a substantial update that introduced more modes, new playable gods, and valuable enhancements. During the recent Smite 2 Founder's Series held in Las Vegas, the developers at Titan Forge Games outlined their ambitious plans to ensure the continued success of this widely-played MOBA.

This sequel promises fervent engagement with the regular rollout of new characters, with the developers committing to unveil a new figure each week. Most of these additions will be well-known gods from the original Smite. Recently, Cabrakan made his debut, followed by an exciting schedule of upcoming releases:

  • Vulcan on January 27
  • Hun Batz on February 3
  • Rama on February 10
  • Achilles on February 17
  • Artemis on February 24
  • Awilix on March 3

This initiative will maintain momentum until August, unless new exclusive characters for Smite 2 emerge, potentially altering this plan.

In addition to these classics from Smite 1, players can anticipate the new character Bari, who will be introduced following Aladdin's recent addition. Bari will serve as a Carry character aligned with a Korean pantheon, set to launch in the game on March 10.

While further details about Bari and other returning gods are still under wraps, it's evident that this is an exhilarating period for fans of Smite, filled with promise and anticipation for what's next.
